REPRESENT GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY @ SNOW SPORTS!

This winter sporting event provides a great opportunity for university athletes to test their sporting abilities against each other and represent their university in intervarsity competition. Each year, just over 300 students from around Australia compete in ten events from four disciplines for their chance to be recognised among their sporting peers for their prowess on skis and snowboard. The event also provides students with an awesome social experience each night featuring exciting themes, music, entertainment and the opportunity to party with other students, all in safe and secure venues.

Registration Deadline: 3PM FRIDAY 6 AUGUST
Entry Fee:  TBC

Late registrations:  $35 late fee applies to all registrations received after the deadline. Any changes to registration information after the deadline incur an $11 administration fee.

Withdrawals:
  Any withdrawals after the registration deadline will result in complete loss of the registration fee, unless a medical certificate is provided (less $11 administration fee).
Eligibility:
All participants must be current Griffith University students at time of event.

All forms and fees are due by the specified deadline at the Student Guild. A registration form, GUGC Athlete Agreement, Medical Form and Australian University Sport Participation Agreement must be completed - all available at the Student Guild office when registering or click on the above links.

2009 Snow Sports Results!
With the biggest crew of competitors the GUGC Snow Sports club have ever put together, the 2009 Snow Sports Championships were a huge success for Griffith University. Congratualtions to Kat, Danni, Tom, Simon M, Simon T, Andrew, Scott, Jason, Anaelle, Raff & Doug for their awesome efforts at Thredbo. It was a big week of competiton, partying and injuries but the team manged to place 9th of 22 universities - another best ever performance for GU!
