FITNESS APPRAISALS & PROGRAMMING

Included in the price of membership is a one-on-one fitness appraisal with a fully qualified fitness consultant.

They will discuss your health and fitness goals and provide you with the basics to help you reach your goals faster. Personalised programs are ideal for anyone from beginners to the advanced trainer. Training sessions with a consultant are a great way to stay motivated and pushing those comfort boundaries.

Instructors are available during opening hours for personalised programs.
