Fitness Appraisals and Programming

Included in the price of membership is a one-on-one fitness appraisal and program with a fully qualified fitness consultant. In your consultation you will discuss your health and fitness goals and  you will be provided with the basics to help you reach your goals faster. Personalised programs are ideal for anyone from beginners to the advanced trainer and are a great way to stay motivated and push those comfort boundaries.

Instructors are available during opening hours for personalised programs.

Supplements

We stock a range of supplements from our preferred supplier Body Science at up to 20% off the recommended retail prices. Body Science have a comprehensive range of products designed to complement your training regime, and are manufactured and tested to the highest of industry standards.

Forgot your towel? Don’t worry, we have hire towels available for $2.70 from reception.
