Reception Office : Eftpos,Credit Card or Cash - in person only. 
Find Us: We are situated in The Link Building G07. Located on University Drive off Parklands Drive. Situated in the courtyard adjacent to the Campus Bookshop. Parking meters are located next to the Student Centre G33 on University Drive. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.

* Please notify us if your room/unit has been taken to avoid disappointment to other students.

* Peak Times to advertise:
Semester 1- Early to Mid Feb (arrival of international/domestic students)
Semester 2- Early to Mid July (arrival of international/domestic students)

* Please fill in the form below, and once payment is received, we will advertise the listing for 4 weeks on our website and On-Campus Noticeboard.

Please be aware of a number of scams occurring.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU:
- Send or wire money. This includes using Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal, Bidpay.
- Provide your personal or banking information.

**We recommend properties to be viewed in person to prospective tenants to encourage face-to-face, local exchanges even if they claim to be overseas.

Student Built Accommodation
There are four student built accommodation complexes close to the university.  These are privately owned and operated but have been purposely built for Gold Coast campus students.  
 The student built accommodation apartments are all 3 bedroom with each bedroom containing bed, ensuite, study desk and chair, phone line and internet access.  They are all fully furnished and fully self-contained. and rent is from $170 per week.

Apartments
Sphere Southport Living is situated only 500 metres to a kilometre from the Gold Coast Griffith University Campus. These apartments have furnished and unfurnished 1, 2 and 3 bedroom living.  Bordering lush Musgrave Park and Secure parking, visit their website for information.
