Welcome to the new Griffith University bookshop on the Gold Coast – The Book Mark.  The Gold Coast Student Guild acquired the shop in December 2008 and has already provided it’s customers with an improved level of service by introducing online ordering.

N.B If you are a Gold Coast Student Guild member, you must purchase your books in store to receive the 12.5% discount for members.

It is our aim to provide our customers with exceptional customer service in a timely manner.  Therefore, we have introduced our online ordering service.  This service enables you, the customer, to preview your book list online and order your desired quantities to be ready and waiting for you to simply pay and collect.  We hope this will reduce the amount of time that is involved in finding a certain text, and the frustration of waiting in line to then purchase it.

We have allocated certain times during the day where we will have a friendly staff member waiting to collect your order that has been pre-packed for your convenience.

The implementation of the online ordering is only the beginning and we look forward to working with you in introducing bigger and better exciting opportunities in the not to distant future.
