Whether you have 1 or 2 rooms to rent or a whole house or unit you can advertise on the Student Guild website and noticeboard to reach the maximum number of potential tenants.
Properties are defined as
PRIVATE DWELLING;
Local family offering accommodation for up to 3 Students,
Share accommodation with other students
Lease for whole house
Lease of whole unit/townhouse.
BOARDING HOUSE;
Accommodation for four or more students in room style accommodation.
Please note that if offering four or more rooms for rent you need to contact the Residential Tenancies Authority to determine your rights and obligations under the Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.

Please note that acceptance of your notice is at our discretion. If accepted your notice will remain on the Off Campus Accommodation Website and Noticeboard until the end of their application term or earlier if you advise that your accommodation has been let.
