BY USING THESE CLASSIFIEDS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF USE:

• The Student Guild will not accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage resulting from using the Classifieds.
• All transactions are made independently between the Buyer and the Seller. 
• You must register to be a Student Guild Website Member to place an advertisement in the Classifieds section.
  
• All listings are subject to approval by the Student Guild. Once listed, the Student Guild will publish each advertisement upon their discretion. Pending approval can take up to 48 hours (Times may vary in Student Vacation period) 
  
• Accommodation cannot be advertised.
  
• Listings are advertised for a period of 30 days. After the 30 days, each listing will automatically be cancelled. To extend an advertisement, the Seller must re-advertise each item.
  
• You are required to enter each item into the Classifieds section by clicking the ADD button and completing the details on the online form. An email address is required for each listing. Once approved, the email address can be accessed by other persons viewing the classifieds. If you choose to include a telephone number, this can be publicly accessed also.
• To Edit, Delist (remove) or Add a listing prior to the 30 day period, you must log-in to the website and select “View Profile.” Select the “My Classifieds” at the bottom of the Profile page. If one of these options is chosen, the listing will be published once the Student Guild has approved the amendment or new classified.
