Monday Muscles Shakedown
Struggling to grow your muscles? Join in for an intense hypertrophy focused workout and take your gains to new levels. As well as providing a physically challenging session, this class will also teach you the basics of workout planning, structure, and techniques for you to integrate into your own workouts.

Grabbing inspiration from Powerlifting and traditional strength training, this class focuses helping you gain strength through Push, Pull, Squat and Hinge movements and exercises.

In this high-intensity class, you will be taken through a variety of functional movements that combine strength training, cardio, and functional exercises, with that added FUN aspect! Classes typically include a strength component, a conditioning component, and some hypertrophy resistance training.

If you love moving and grooving to vibey music this class is for you! Dance experience does not matter for this class because our goal is to have fun and get fit! Each class will have different themes such as 90's RnB, 2010's or even Jason Derulo, in which we will stretch and learn a dance combination to sweat it out to!
